Generate Influencer’s Videos from Images
We’ll use Fooocus (a free AI tool) for generating influencer images and Google AI Studio (Veo) for turning those images into realistic videos.
Step 1: Access Fooocus (Free AI Tool)

On the top right, click
“Connect T4” → this connects the tool with your system’s CPU/GPU. Once connected, you’ll see a green tick.
Now, click the
Play button on the right side → select
Run Anyway.
A technical process will run automatically and generate a link. Click the link to open the
Fooocus interface.
Step 2: Setup Fooocus Settings

Click on the Advanced Box to unlock additional settings.
After this, there will be a play button on the right side, click on it. Then click on Run anyway. After this a technical process will start which will look something like this. And will generate a link. Then click on this link below.
And the interface of the focus tool will open
Keep Output Format = PNG.
Under Quality → Aspect Ratio, choose 1:1 (perfect for Instagram posts).
First of all we will click on the advance box here. Then on the right side we will get additional settings
in which we will click on quality and then click on aspect ratio. And since we are making it for Instagram, we will click on 1:1
In the Image Number option, select 4 images (instead of 32 for faster results).
Add Negative Prompts (things you don’t want in your influencer’s appearance).
Then here you will see the option of image number, in which there is an option to generate maximum 32 images together, but we will set it to 4 images only. After this the output format will remain PNG only and below there will be an option of negative prompts, there we have to put those words which we do not want at all inside our influencer.
Step 3: Generate the First Influencer Image

Go to ChatGPT (free version) and generate a detailed prompt describing your desired influencer (e.g., outfit, background, style).
Copy the prompt and paste it into Fooocus.
Click Generate → within seconds, Fooocus will create 4 AI influencer images.
Select your favorite image and
download it.
Step 4: Create Variations of the Same Influencer
To make your influencer more consistent and realistic:
Now we will create more variations of the same image person. For this, in the first step we have to untick the Random button. Then after that we have to click on image input. Then we will see many options below. Then we have to upload the image in the first frame. For this we have to click on the advance box at the bottom which will open the options. From that we have to click on Face Swap.
Go to
Advanced → Face Swap to keep facial features consistent.
Modify your prompt slightly (e.g., change “pink blazer” → “yellow kurta,” change “café background” → “market background”).
Now if we want more variations of this person then we have to go to the prompt and make changes. In which we have to change a few things like instead of pink blazer we will write yellow kurta. In the background till now cafe is written so we will go there and write market. Rest of the prompt will remain the same and we will click on generate.
Click
Generate → Fooocus will produce variations of the same influencer.

Now if we want the image of the same person in a different pose, then for that we have to upload the pose image in the right side box. After that click on the piracy option in the bottom. And let the prompt remain there and then click on generate. Then the same image of the same person in the same pose will be generated. Then you have to download the image which you think is right.
Now if you want the same image with some other expression then for that you have to click on upscale and variation. Then after uploading the same image click on the very strong option on the right side. And add serious instead of smiling in the prompt, let the rest of the prompt remain the same and click on generate.
After this you will see that the same image has been generated in another expression. So in this way we will download the image of the AI influencer. And now we have to convert the image into a video. For that we will use a free tool Google AI Studio.
Step 5: Convert Images into Videos (Google AI Studio - Veo)
Now that you have multiple consistent influencer images, let’s create AI-generated videos:

Search Google AI Studio on Google and open the official site.
Log in with your Google account.
Go to Generate Media → Veo.
Upload your influencer image. (The tool may ask for permissions → allow access.)
You can upload the image you want to upload by clicking on the image plus icon here.
If you are using it for the first time then it will ask you for a permission which you have to grant.
Write a short
video prompt (e.g., “A realistic influencer walking in a city street”).
Now you just have to prompt us above the image as to what kind of video we want.
Then you have to click on run. And the video will start generating.
Sometimes an error may occur while generating the video, then retrying will fix it.
Click
Run → your video will start generating.
And then your video will be generated very realistically.
Note- This tool generates 4 videos in a day. If you need more than 4 videos, you can login with multiple accounts.
